Individual counseling,
group counseling, and life skills training are available to enable adults to manage serious life transitions and to
develop better planning, coping, and problem solving skills.
We have offices in both Fort Worth and Arlington, Texas. Our therapists are master-level counselors. And we are one of the few counseling centers in Tarrant County in which the cost is on a reduced fee schedule, depending on your financial situation.
People with legal questions
about divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters
can come to a free Legal Clinic held in Fort Worth the second and fourth Thursday of the month, and in Arlington the third Thursday of the month. Call in advance at 817-927-4040 for information and to schedule an appointment.

Statistics and Information About Depression*
- Major depression is the leading cause of disability in the United States
- Depression affects almost 10% of the population, or 19 million Americans, in a given year
- During their lifetime, 10%-25% of women and 5%-12% of men will become clinically depressed
- Women are affected by depression almost twice as often as men
